Our hot water tank started leaking in the middle of the night and we called Super plumber the next morning and we were booked in right away. They came and put in a new hot water tank quickly and efficiently and we hardly skipped a beat. Thank you again!!!

Quincy was very helpful and cheerful and professional. He took the time to go over the whole water tank installation so we knew exactly what was going on. While he was at it he even fixed a drainage issue on our bathroom sink at no extra charge. A really pleasant experience all around. We couldn't be happier!

Outstanding customer service, from everyone including the receptionist/coordinator, technicians and the manager. The techs have excellent communications and diagnostic skills, and are highly collaborative. They were able to diagnose the problem that, even though I have some plumbing experience, would never have been able to do so myself.
